2. What information do we collect?
When you use the contact form, we receive the company name, your name, business email address, selected inquiry topic and message. We also process information you voluntarily include in your message. Please do not submit sensitive personal data.
3. Why do we use this information?
We use the information to receive, assess and respond to business inquiries, discuss requested services and, where relevant, take steps toward a business relationship. The intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to B2B inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where a natural person requests pre-contractual steps on their own behalf, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. The legitimate interest is to manage and respond to relevant business enquiries while respecting the reasonable expectations and rights of the individuals contacting us. We do not use contact-form submissions for newsletter marketing without a separate lawful basis.
4. Who processes the information?
Website hosting and contact-form processing are provided by Netlify. Google and Microsoft provide email processing services used by the controller to receive and manage inquiry notifications. Access is limited to authorised personnel. The relevant provider agreements and international transfer safeguards require verification before publication.
5. How long do we retain inquiries?
We generally retain contact-form inquiries for 12 months from the last substantive interaction, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Where a separate legal retention obligation applies, relevant records are kept for the applicable statutory period. After the relevant period, inquiry records should be deleted from Netlify Forms and the associated email accounts, including forwarded copies, subject to applicable backup retention cycles.
6. Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the contact form to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), www.naih.hu.
7. International data transfers
Netlify, Google and Microsoft may process or access information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable international transfers must rely on a valid GDPR Chapter V mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where appropriate. You may request information about relevant safeguards through the contact form. Provider arrangements require verification before publication.
8. Providing information and automated decisions
Submitting a contact inquiry is voluntary, but the required fields are necessary for us to respond. We do not use submitted inquiry information for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website's current static files do not include a dedicated advertising or analytics script. Hosting-related technical processing may still occur. If analytics, advertising tools, embedded content or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before enabling them.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. Questions about this notice can be sent to the contact form.
